Unlike robusta, arabica has many branches, each branch has a completely different flavor. In Vietnam, catimo is mainly grown, a hybrid of arabica, which has a fairly high yield but the disadvantage is that the quality is far inferior to other pure arabica lines.
Baka's Moka uses raw materials from the few remaining pure arabica coffee gardens on the slopes of Ngoc Linh mountain, a land famous for the ginseng of the same name. At an altitude of over 2000m, arabica here is cultivated extensively by the people, almost like a forest tree, people let the trees grow and the sky and earth take care of them, when the season comes, they carry baskets to pick them, so the yield is not high and the fruit is not big, but the quality is excellent. The aroma is light but very luxurious, the aroma penetrates the drinker's clothes and is still fragrant even after finishing the cup. The taste of moka baka is very rich, basically it is slightly astringent, slightly sour, not too bitter, each drinker has a different feeling with this wonderful coffee.
